Quantitative detection and diagnosis of Hepatitis A virus in human blood /serum/ plasma specimen and aids in the diagnosis of infection with Hepatitis A Virus. This test is also intended for qualitative detection and diagnosis of Hepatitis A Virus in Stool sample.
TARGET SELECTION: 5’NCR of HAV genome
LIMIT OF DETECTION: 87.7 IU/ml of Plasma (1 IU corresponds to 3.28 copies)
